Kenny Wetzel (B: Mar 3, 1929, D: 1999)
-
Probably the best dance music D.J. that ever lived. He has an excellent sense of what is the best dance music for any kind of dance. Everyone has fun dancing wherever Kenny is the D.J. Kenny is also an expert and walking encyclopedia of high speed forms of Swing Dance. Kenny was one of the very few people who kept Swing Dancing from dying in the late 1960s and 1970s. He held swing dance competitions in Night Clubs throughout the greater Los Angeles, CA area. When the Hustle era came in Kenny also provided Hustle Contests in the Night Clubs throughout the greater Los Angeles area, but he never stopped supporting Swing Dance.
